A label printer faced low machineability while using pure hot melt adhesive, forcing slower machine speeds. This was due to hot melt’s poor compatibility with label printing machines. The issue was resolved by switching to RP3000, a rubber-based adhesive with high tack and better machinability. RP3000 delivers the same adhesion as hot melt but allows machines to run 12–15% faster, boosting productivity. It also offers a wide operating temperature range (-30°C to 80°C), making it suitable for freezing conditions and FMCG transport. This solution improved efficiency, broadened application scope, and enabled high-speed, reliable label printing operations.
A customer with a limited budget needed a flexible label finishing solution for various formats like roll, sheet, and stack. Instead of buying multiple machines, he opted for a modular system that allows step-by-step upgrades—starting with roll-to-roll processing and later adding inspection, die-cutting, stacking, and roll-to-stack capabilities. This minimized setup time, saved investment costs, and ensured fast adaptability to market demands. The system’s user-friendly features reduced downtime, increased productivity, and supported quality results across different job types. As demand grew, he added accessories to serve new customers, expanding his offerings efficiently while maintaining high standards and production speed.
